Shahmeer: I wish to have a Mobile Phone

Shahmeer who was only ten years old when he was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer. Shahmeer maintained his contagious smile and upbeat attitude despite his many hospital stays, uncomfortable treatments, and physical difficulties. Shahmeer spent the majority of his time in the hospital, where he was surrounded by medical professionals, nurses, and other kids who were undergoing treatment for various illnesses. One day, as he observed the other kids participating in enjoyable activities, he couldn’t help but notice their attractive technology, especially the mobile phones they used to stay in touch with their loved ones When we paid a visit to the hospital he told us about his wish to acquire a mobile phone and he never owned a mobile phone. He wanted one because he thought it would give his life a feeling of normalcy. We chose to get him a brand-new cell phone in order to put a smile on his face because we were concerned about the child’s health. Shahmeer shed happy tears as we gave him his phone. He was incredibly appreciative of the wonderful gift we bought for him.
