Muhammad Qasim; I Wish to have a Rechargeable Car
07 years, Blood Cancer
Muhammad Qasim, a seven-year-old, suffering from blood cancer is a dreamer. This was evident from the moment our volunteers engaged in conversation with him. He was a very easygoing, and jolly kid. Wished to have a rechargeable car, because sitting in his car, he can go from point A to point B quickly and easily. Also, Qasim, elaborating on his wish, in his childish innocence, said that he wants this car so that he can start practicing for his adult life when he will drive a real car.
Due to his condition, Qasim could not accompany our Volunteers to the market. So, to solve this problem, our volunteers showed him different pictures on Google and asked him what type of car he would prefer. So, after that, our Volunteers searched different markets in the city and after multiple visits finally got their hands on what enthusiastic Qasim wanted. So, to start his journey of driving and having the feel of going places, Make A Wish granted his request at the ceremony held at Special Security Unit. After getting his car, when refreshments were being given, Qasim insisted that her mother feed him while he was sitting in his car. He was very thankful, and joyful and so were his parents who were not stopping helping Make A Wish Foundation.
